Gary is the absolute best (no pun intended). He really cares about giving the customer high quality service. He is... also thorough, and responsive, and takes pride in his work. We live on a farm which brings a lot of bugs with it, and every time Gary provides us service the difference is night and day. I found his pricing to be very reasonable as well. Called Gary multiple times. He claimed we lived to far out although he just sprayed our neighbors yard. He offered to... call me back, never did, we eventually set a date for last Tuesday for Gary to come out and spray. Never showed. Very disappointed. Found other service.read more

On first spray they were wonderful. Second spray wonderful. Then not to their fault we had a ton of rain called for... another spray he did it for free. We offered to pay he didnt except it. Then they call saying they are in our neighborhood can they swing by and spray. I told them no bc it had just rained and it was at 90% chance of rain later that day. Asked if they could come later that week. A week plus goes by no spray. I call and ask very nicely when we are scheduled to get a spray. HE YELLS HOW HE IS UNHAPPY WITH US WE REFUSED HIS SPRAY AND HE GAVE US A FREE SPRAY AND GOES ON AND ON AND ON. He's has zero desire to he what I say and hangs up on me. The rudest person I have ever spoke with in my life and I have worked in customer service my whole life! RUDE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! DONT USE THEM!read more
